The opportunity for a Conveyancing Solicitor to join a leading Law firm in their Lincolnshire office. The firm have been providing a range of Legal services to individuals and business clients for more than 200 years, and they now have an opening for an experienced Conveyancing Solicitor to join their fast-paced Conveyancing department. This is a chance to join a friendly yet professional firm, where you will run your own caseload and help to drive the firm forwards whilst managing your own team.
Our client is looking for an experienced Conveyancing Solicitor of at least 3 years PQE to join their busy and well-respected Conveyancing department. The firm are offering the flexibility of working from home, as well as providing an extremely clear progression path in which you can track your own progress as you move up the ladder in your career. You will get the opportunity to excel in what you do best, as well as manage your own small team.

What’s needed for me to be considered?
- You must be a qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancer with at least 3 years PQE
- Have strong experience in New Build purchase transactions
- Have a friendly yet professional can-do attitude
- Able to manage a team of junior fee earners and assistants
- Excellent time management skills and proven track record of complex property work
