Conveyancing Assistant

My client is a national house builder and urban regeneration specialist, based in the West Midlands, who is currently seeking an experienced Conveyancing Assistant, to support their current in-house legal team during a time of rapid expansion and internal progression.

This is a conveyancing role like no other. My client has entering a period of expansion and opportunity which has been unprecedented during its 60 years of operation. This unique role would involve the successful candidate:

* Preparing and distributing plot sale related documentation
* Over viewing/drafting/exchanging contracts
* Preparing memorandum associated with plot sale exchanges and legal completions
* Legal completion and post completion work
* Assisting with property part-exchanges
* Assisting with general conveyancing and development enquires
* Liaising with site set up and development management teams

The successful conveyancer will have exceptional conveyancing, and or real estate experience, within a leading Property Department or experience working within the Property Department of a high revenue company.
