Contact Centre Team Manager

The role of Team Manager involves motivating, developing & driving a team of sales executives to deliver the highest levels of conversion, quality sales & with good standards of customer service & support. This role is also responsible for managing & delivering the highest performance of shifts within the Operations Department.

This role leads & motivates a team of people to succeed, ensuring that your direct team (along with the Operations department) are driven to exceed their sales targets, deliver outstanding customer engagement, exceptional quality & are happy in a very results-driven environment.

The Team Leader must have credible knowledge of managing people, driving change, have a proven track record in improving results alongside delivering outstanding customer service & quality

About You

You will have previous experience of working in a managerial role, with a proven track record of guiding your team to achieving results whilst successfully managing change. Strong coaching skills & a track record of driving high performance are crucial.

You will have the people skills to motivate & lead a team, & a proactive approach to identifying & resolving problems & issues. You will work well in a busy environment & be flexible & adaptable to change.

Knowledge of general HR practices, & experience of working in a call centre, would be beneficial, but are not essential.

This role will be offered on a shift rota basis, which will include some weekend work. Our teams operate from 9am - 8pm, 7 days a week.
