Page Personnel are recruiting a Contact Centre Manager for a private healthcare organisation at their offices in Leeds

Client Details

Our Client is a specialised organisation within the private healtcare sector, within operations across the UK. As the business grows its customer service function, they are now looking to add a Contact Centre Manager to join the Leeds offices

Description

Key Responsibilities ;

  • Responsibility for up to 35fte within the contact centre
  • Manage day to day operations within the customer service function, ensuring smooth flow of workload
  • Provide analytic and reporting information to key stakeholder based on contact centre performance
  • Oversee currently process's, streamlining and making amendments aimed at improving the customer journey
  • Forecast and planning management to ensure all resources are maximised
  • Provide development and training to team leaders, striving to create a clear development pathway within the business

Profile

The Successful Candidate ;

  • Experience within the medical / healthcare sector (desirable)
  • Prior experience within customer service management within a contact centre environment (essential)
  • Strong influencing skills
  • Experience of streamlining process
  • Excellent communication skills

Job Offer

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing business based in Central Leeds. Working 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, the position offers a competitive salary of between £35,000 and £45,000 dependent on experience, plus additional company benefits and bonus
