Compliance/Admin required for Children with disabilities home and School Required.
We are looking for someone to come into a new and exciting organisation that has just set up a brand New children’s home and School in the Chelmsford Area.
The home is for children with moderate to severe learning disabilities and severe autism and has recently just opened and the companies are now at the point where we have a lot of administration work needed doing for the home in terms of payroll but also we need to ensure that compliance in the school and home are being met so somebody with the knowledge of Children’s homes and their up to date requirements is essential.
Job description would be as follows:
Check compliance is being met in the home and the school
Deal with the paperwork linked to the home and the school
Monitor recruitment practices and ensure that all staff hired are compliant
Deal with sending payroll to the accountants and being in charge of peoples pay from company accounts
Working closely with the responsible individual to answer any questions presented surrounding compliance and the correct protocol
Helping a care recruitment firm with checks and compliance issues
