TCC is urgently looking for a small team of experienced Diploma Level 4 qualified Complaint Handlers for an ongoing project dealing with complaints relating to suitability of advice on pensions and investments business in particular.

Job Title: FOS Complaint Handler

Rate: £280 per day (via an umbrella)

Start Date: March 2024

Duration: Minimum 6 months

Location: Working from home

Role:

  • Working with Client Liaison teams to resolve complaints where the customer has submitted their complaint to the Financial Ombudsman Service (FOS) by effective representation and negotiation with FOS
  • End-to-end suitability of advice complaints handling on pensions and investments, including review, decision making and redress

Requirement:

  • Minimum Financial Services Level 4 qualification (i.e. Diploma in Financial Planning or Diploma in Financial Advice)
  • Strong experience in reviewing pensions & investment files for suitability of advice
  • Professional, excellent attention to detail, ability to make decisions as well as following set processes & procedures
