Reed HR are in search of a Compensation Analyst on a permanent basis for a global company based in West Sussex. This is an excellent opportunity for a forward thinking Compensation Analyst to join their HR department.
- Supporting the implementation of pay policies, procedures and plans
- Preparing and coordinating the process of salary revision
- Leading the salary review and annual bonus plans program
- Managing UK benefits suppliers and associated brokers
- Managing and developing the benefits programme in line with market trends and employee needs in a transparent way
- Formulating opinions and making suggestions about developments in matters of pay
- Managing the job evaluation process globally and liaise with the relevant stakeholders to complete the job evaluation analysis using internal methodology
- HR background in Benefits and Compensation planning, design, implementation and administration?
- International rewards experience would be advantageous
- Analytical background
