Commercial Property Paralegal

This is an exciting opportunity for a Commercial Property Paralegal to join a law firm in Kent. The role involves working with exchange, completion and post completion work.

The role will involve handling a caseload of commercial property matters with supervision. You will be dealing with basic commercial property transactions, including assisting with property searches and investigation on title.

The ideal candidate will need previous experience working as a Paralegal. Other experience includes:
*A minimum of 2 years' experience as a Paralegal
*Have experience working in a Commercial Property department and ideally handled a caseload of Commercial Property under supervision.
*Ideally be LPC qualified
*It would also be desirable to have knowledge or experience of Residential Property

This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a law firm who offer a supportive environment, with the ability to learn how to manage your own caseload of lower value matters with the support at hand as and when you require.
