Thriving retail business seeking a Commercial Administrator for a 12 month contract starting July 2020.

This retail business has experienced significant growth over recent years and had similar expansion plans for the coming years and therefore it is important the right staff are appointed in order to support this growth. Based on the outskirts of Bolton, the company has an excellent reputation locally as they are highly supportive and have state of the art offices. Due to an increase in workload, the business has approached Hays seeking a Commercial Administrator to start in July 2020 and be employed in a 12 month contract.
Your new role
Joining the large administrative team, you will report into the Administration Director and will be responsible for providing a high level of administrative and IT support to the business, to staff based both locally and remotely. You will work on both Excel and SAP on a daily basis with responsibilities including collation and reporting of data, production of reports, issuing of credit notes and ordering of stock. In addition to this, you will also be responsible for the administration of IT equipment for the business and therefore additional responsibilities will include the ordering of IT equipment, ensuring licenses are up to date, ensuring stock of remote access devices and also the maintenance of video conferencing facilities. Furthermore in this role you will regularly liaise with internal staff to ensure the smooth running of the above processes. Please note this role is a 12 month contract which will finish in July 2021.
What you'll need to succeed
In order to be successful in securing this position, it is imperative you have strong Excel skills, as well as an interest in IT. You will have excellent organisation and communication skills, as well as a high attention to detail and strong numerical skills. You will be available to start during the month of July and will also be wiling to commit to the full length of the contract.
