Client Support Advisor

Central Portsmouth location

£17k + Bonus (up to £6k bonus)

We are currently recruiting for a Customer Support Advisor to work with a centrally located Client. This role is to start April 2018.

Key Responsibilities:

  • 1st contact point/ support line for Clients and Customers via telephone and email
  • Maintaining and developing relationships with customers and third parties, through inbound calls and emails
  • Up-selling and cross selling where possible
  • Updating in-house systems with accurate information
  • Meeting and exceeding targets and KPI's
  • Daily administration tasks as and when needed

The Ideal candidate:

  • Will have experience of working with a CRM system - Essential
  • Will have experience in Microsoft Office, Excel - Essential
  • Will have previous Customer Service Experience - Essential
  • Will be confident working in a fast paced environment, whilst maintaining accuracy
