We here at Siamo Recruitment have an excellent opportunity for an individual keen to develop on their customer service and sales administration skills. Providing high levels of aftercare to current customers and behind the scenes administration fundamental to the businesses success.

You’ll be joining a client passionate on developing individuals within a highly varied role providing excellent customer satisfaction and account management duties.

Our client provides the following:

  • Above market level salary ranging from £20,000 - £22,000 (depending on exposure)

  • Excellent bonus structure

  • On site facilities and parking

  • Development plans

On being successful your role will have the following responsibilities:

  • Responsible for taking and arranging call outs, maintenance checks and sending of any parts required for the clients

  • Dealing with accurately responding to customer queries in a quick timeframe using your ability to prioritise to client requirements

  • Processing of orders and stock requirements

  • Managing of stock movement is co-ordination with internal teams

  • Generating of client invoices and process of any warranty claims

  • Accurately logging customer information following updates or movements

The ideal candidate for the role with have the following attributes and exposure:

  • Previous exposure in a customer service or sales administration environment

  • Confident communicator with the ability to converse at all levels

  • Accurate with a keen eye for detail

  • Previous invoicing experience

  • Computer literate with the ability to work comfortably on Excel
