A fantastic Client Relationship Executive opportunity working for one of the UK leading property firms. As the Client Relationship Executive you will be working closely with the Head of Business Development, and as part of the client relationship team, this role will provide support in the delivery of key account management for a defined group of clients for the Occupier Services and Commercial Agency Division.

Qualifications/Education Required.
A graduate with 2/3 years' experience in a similar professional services role

Particular Aptitudes/Skills Required
Confident and articulate with excellent interpersonal skills; able to communicate with people at all levels of the organisation
Good knowledge of all Microsoft Office software - particularly Excel
Strong writing skills with an active interest and understanding of the business
Previous property experience is highly desirable
Pro-active, hands-on. Strong sense of self-motivation
Action oriented
Excellent personal presentation

Responsibilities and Duties:

To monitor business updates and undertake research on an identified group of "occupier" clients.
Data mining and analytics
Mapping the office portfolios of our clients
Fee reporting and on-going analysis

Client Support

Organise quarterly sector calls with Client Relationship Partners
Manage client tracker and related reporting
Identify and promote opportunities for cross-selling
Liaise with marketing and research on client deliverables such as seminars and events
Perform other tasks as set by the Head of Business Development
Work with wider client relationship team
