Job Purpose
  • Manage a client portfolio, monitoring all aspects of portfolio management to ensure efficient and accurate accounts
  • Supervise junior team members, including workflow management, reviewing work, and identifying training opportunities
  • Work directly with Partners to ensure expectations, deadlines, and budgets are being met
  • Deliver excellent client service and timely advise for an expanding client portfolio
  • Support business development by scoping new service lines
  • Work closely across departments to ensure clients are benefiting from an all-encompassing service
  • Review processes and implement more efficient ways of service delivery
  • Set an example as a hands-on and supportive Manager
