We are currently looking for 2 Claims Centre Handlers to work within a thriving Motor Claims Department of a company based in Huddersfield.
Duties Will Include:
- Handling Calls (outbound and inbound)
- Processing claims on a computer system (training will be given)
- General administration duties
The Ideal Candidate:
- Will have experience working in a call centre or similar environment
- Be able to carry out admin duties to a good standard with efficiency and accuracy
- Ability to multi-task
- Have a fantastic telephone manner and strong customer service skills.
9am - 5pm or 8am - 4pm weekly.
(May vary and will be advised week to week)
