A Claims Handler is required in Abingdon to deal with inbound and outbound calls. As Claims Handler you will be responsible for;

  • Maintaining claims allocated to you within the set SLA's
  • Make cost effective decisions on all claims handled
  • Liaising with manufacturers and retailers

As Claims Handler, you will have excellent telephone manner and customer service skills along with administration experience and organisational skills. The company offers an excllent array of benefits.
