SF Group currently have an excellent opportunity for an experienced Customer Service Advisor to join this market leading law firm, this is a busy and demanding role where you will be responsible for speaking with customers who are enquiring about new claims and discussing with them in detail the incident. No legal experience is required, just a background in a telephone based customer service role along with excellent listening skills and the ability to deal with people at all levels.
Main duties include;
- Responding to a consistently high volume of personal injury enquiries (relating to potential Road Traffic Accident, Employers Liability, Public Liability and Clinical/Medical Negligence claims) over the phone
- Evaluating the legal issues relating to those enquiries
- Identifying the enquiries which meet our strict criteria and introducing those clients to our specialist panel solicitors
- In addition to achieving set key performance targets for both the team and individually, the successful applicants will ensure that all enquiries are handled in accordance with service level agreements and Claims Management Regulations
Applicants must have previous telephone based customer service experience along with excellent communication and keyboard skills.
