A large industrial kitchen with a twist.
It is home to over 1000 employees that will be fed on a daily basis
Open to the public, this creates a busy call order service
Functions and banquets, this requires the presentation and fine dining approach

To assist the head chef in the preparation of the various meals required on a daily basis to feed the workforce. You will work with fresh food from scratch doing all the prep and cooking with the team. The hours are based over 39 hours a week. There are essentially 2 positions available with this company due to there growth from 600 employees 2 years ago to over 1000 today. 

You will need to demonstrate the following skills
Preparation is key.
Knife skills
Organised
Working swiftly but accurate
A good all round basic cooking knowledge
Diverse cooking skills, they have theme days Indian,Chinese,Greek etc.....
Working in a team with a can do attitude
Call order, this VERY busy at certain times, you will need to be able adapt
Above all flexibility.
