THE JOB ROLE brief of duties
• Using the SAP system to generate purchase orders
• Stock level management
• Analysing data to identify any trends
• Liaising and negotiating with suppliers
• Holding monthly reviews with suppliers regarding performance
• Produce weekly and monthly reports
• Market research
• Attending daily meetings
• Coordinating and handling company queries taken by phone
EXPERIENCE / REQUIREMENTS
• Procurements/Purchasing knowledge
• Strong administration background
• Computer literate - confident using MS Excel/PowerPoint
• Good organisational skills
