This innovative and exciting HR Technology company specialises in technology that helps companies attract and hire talent. Already a leader in this space, their ambition is to grow organically by working with a broader client base.
They can already boast an impressive portfolio of high profile and prestigious clients across both the public and private sector.
To facilitate further growth, they are now looking to recruit a Business Development Manager to join the team.

Your role would be to credibly demonstrate and present their range of e-recruitment and talent acquisition software solutions.
Appointments are made for you so your responsibility would be to maximise each opportunity. You will need to work collaboratively to generate and present compelling sales and pricing proposals as well as negotiate appropriate terms and conditions.
To be considered for this role you would need to have demonstrable success of selling solutions within the talent acquisition or recruitment space. Ideally you will have sold software solutions but the key thing here is a proven ability to manage a complex and extended sales cycle with multiple decision makers.
You will also have considerable experience of selling to HR, Recruitment or Talent Acquisition Leaders. You will understand some of the issues around volume recruitment across multiple geographies and will be influential when discussing them with your prospective clients.
Your sales experience will have likely been with larger clients where employee counts exceed 100,000 and you will be comfortable presenting at C-Suite level.
