Business Development Manager - Fleet Services, Midlands/Thames Valley
£40k/£45k base, £50k/£60k OTE - uncapped, plus car and benefits
Is creating and delivering business opportunities with fleet users, selling a wide range of both fast-fit and broader fleet management services. You will be responsible for proactively building a quality business pipeline through focussed prospecting activity, networking and engaging with decision makers. You will employ your advanced qualification and negotiation skills to deliver solutions to your clients and ultimately deliver against targets based on both profit and volume.
Is a mainstream automotive services business delivering a wide range of fleet solutions to both SME and major fleet operators. They are a household name in their sector with a reputation for great technical innovation combined with safe, reliable service covering a wide range of both planned maintenance services alongside responding to road-side incidents nationwide.
You have a stable CV that demonstrates a track record in new business origination with fleet users - ideally including RMT or equivalent fast-fit services. You are naturally proactive and self-starting - not needing a manager to tell you what to do every day. Additionally, you have excellent listening, communication and presentation skills, which combined with your fleet knowledge make you a self-sufficient, rounded fleet sales professional.
