About the role
We are looking for a bright and enthusiastic AutoCad Technical Analyst to join our building consultancy team in London to prepare three dimensional computer models using the latest version of AutoCAD. Experience in 3D modeling is essential in this position.
You will be responsible for analysing the impact of proposed developments on adjacent properties using specialist rights to light, daylight and sunlight amenity software. Using the specialist software you will advise clients on amendments required to designs to meet acceptable criteria and producing optimum development envelopes for sites to meet the same criteria.
You will also produce accurate dimension drawings of existing buildings and proposed works in two and three dimensions and design detailed building work.

Undertake measured surveys of buildings and produce accurate dimension plans.

Your experience will include:
You will hold a City & Guilds or other recognised qualification in computer-aided drafting and design in two / three dimensions. You will need to be fully 3D CAD and computer literate, including all Microsoft office products. You will also need to possess strong communication skills and be keen to learn and develop which will include report writing.
