What the role looks like:

As a Business Analyst/Project Manager, your responsibilities will be to review management information (MI), identify issues and trends and work with the relevant stakeholders to ensure that revenue and costs are correctly assigned and reported. You will review MI processes for continual improvement, identifying best practise and deploying this as required. From time to time, you will be assisting senior management teams with critical projects.

You will also be responsible for meeting client delivery requirements, which includes supporting the implementation of new initiatives and customer agreements, auditing data to ensure any activity is in line with contractual and service level agreements whilst working with nominated Account Managers to ensure that income and profit growth targets are met or exceeded. Ultimately, you will act as an ambassador for RSR, dealing with any enquiries and requests from Co-Members in a professional and efficient manner.

What makes a good Analyst?

The ideal candidate must have a minimum of five GCSE qualifications at grade C or above, preferably of graduate calibre. Previous experience of working in a Recruitment Process Outsourcing environment is highly desirable whilst experience of providing administrative support to a diverse team is essential. You must be PC literate in packages including MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint with effective written and verbal communication skills.
