The Causeway Staines Surrey GBR TW18 3BY Experience not essential but must be Intermediate/Advanced Excel and ideally SQL (although SQL not essential). The successful candidate will have approximately x6 customers to look after and will liaise with monitoring agents to ensure installations are compliant. This involves technical monitoring, evidence checking and quality assurance. The Role
To administer and support the end to end processes required to deliver ECO-qualifying measures and to ensure measures are notified and approved as part of our clients overall obligation, across all channels.
Support the processing of in-month reported measures through the EcoHub system, ensuring measures are validated against all the automated and manual checks.
Ensure other information systems, including internal spreadsheets and databases are operated to the required standard to maintain accurate and secure records.
Support the notification to Ofgem E-Serve of all reported measures in the month following their installation, resolving any issues that arise in the process, either through internal activity or in liaison with external delivery partners.
Where applicable, maintain controls and cross checks to ensure the internal view of delivery, on a measure basis, is consistent, accurate, and a good source of data for KPI reporting on ECO Delivery
Where applicable, use complex SQL, excel and database queries to support all MI requests that require interrogation of our ECO data.
Assist with the production of reports demonstrating performance across channels and delivery partners.
Interact directly with Ofgem on reporting, notification and compliance, including dealing with notification compliance questions and various exception processes.
Support the necessary processes with Ofgem to finalise the status of approved measures, including Transfers, Re-Elections, and all Closedown and Surplus activity associated with the end of an obligation period. Carry out analysis to assure quality standards prescribed for channel partners to work to, collecting evidence that supports ECO claims, maintaining a robust audit trail, and challenge delivery partners when criteria are not met.
Administer a process that ensures that non-compliant measures are re-scored or withdrawn from submission to Ofgem, and the payments are recovered and accounted for correctly by commercial channels and finance.
Maintain detailed and accurate records of the audit trail relating to amended measures, including a file of all communications relating to any actions taken. Ensure that the latest ECO requirements are understood, to enable proactive review notification competence with delivery partners, and to ensure good conversations when updating or challenging them on compliance
Provide front line support to all delivery partners in the form of one to one account management, bespoke data, and regular calls and meetings.
