REED City & Holborn are currently working with a leading charity, who are currently looking for an administrator to join their team on a temporary basis. 

In this role, supporting the procurement team, your tasks would include:

- Managing the inbox
- Arranging meetings, taking minutes
- Chasing invoices
- Ad hoc administrative work for the junior buyers and buyers
- Answering phone calls
- Chasing rebates and supplier questionnaires
- Basic benchmarking for suppliers

Experience in administration within a procurement department is preferable but not essential.
