An excellent opportunity has been made available by my client in the Norfolk area for an Administrative Assistant.

This role is a full time contract for six months with the view for an extension.

As a Administrative Assistant you will be part of a busy team supporting Property Officers with various tasks.

These tasks include Provide an efficient, effective and confidential administrative service to the Housing team utilising Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, Powerpoint).

As a Administrative Assistant, you will be tasked with carrying out general office duties, including filing, photocopying and scanning, dealing with customer communications and assisting with the general distribution of stationery requests; at the same time you will also be expected to make and book appointments.

The ideal candidate needs to be immediately available or on a one week's notice and must be willing to travel.
