To provide administrative support to the Regulatory compliance and Quality department.
Manage requests for certificates for Free sales
Supporting the department with data entry, filing and general administrative tasks.
Perform routine quality systems activities, such as processing change orders
Maintenance of databases, reporting portals and shared folders.
Excellent organisational and analytical skills with strong attention to details.
Excellent knowledge of excel and word
Strong system skills with the ability to learn new systems and processes.
