Hudson Office Support are looking to recruit an experienced Administration Assistant to join our Leith based client on a full time permanent basis.
Supporting a team of Consultants, you will be comfortable working in a busy environment and have the ability to organise multiple tasks. The role at times can be repetitive however you will be consistent in your approach and have strong attention to detail at all times.
Duties will include answering calls and dealing with customer queries, formatting documents, managing diaries and providing all round administrative support as and when required.
Candidates will have a strong telephone manner, be proactive and seek additional work during quieter periods and enjoy working in a fast paced environment.
