Administration Assistant, Leeds, 18000, 6 month fixed term contract

Working for a well established college based in Leeds, but have locations across the Yorkshire region.
Your new role
You will be providing and efficient and professional administration service to local training centres, managers and learners. You will be responsible for enrolling, registering and claiming certificates for learners, ensuring the accuracy and validity of data. You will also provide routine reports and data analysis. Throughout your role you will be acting as the main administrative point of contact for learners, tutors and awarding bodies.
What you'll need to succeed
You must have a proven track record of good attention to detail. Previous experience of analysing and interpreting data and experience of carrying out general administration duties. You must be able to drive as you will also be based at other sites across the Yorkshire region, so must be prepared to travel.
What you'll get in return
You will receive expense cover for travel and a possible permanent contract at the end of the 6 months.
