Your new company are a well established manufacturing company who are currently recruiting for an experienced Accounts Assistant to join their finance team to cover maternity for an 18 month period on a rolling contract.
Your new role
Your new role is an excellent opportunity for a candidate who perhaps lives locally to Kendal and who is experienced in transactional finance, including Purchase Ledger ,Sales Ledger, bank reconciliations,manage petty cash and also assist with administration duties as required.
What you'll need to succeed
You will need to demonstrate a proven track record in a fast paced Accounts Assistant role and be confident using accountancy software. AAT experience is desirable, however it is more important that the candidate has functional on the job day to day accounts experience.
