Our Graduate Programmes
We offer a variety of programme at Accenture, each having a focus on a distinct skillset and different requirements. The one thing they all have in common, is the market-leading training and development opportunities for everyone who joins.
Consulting - as an Analyst, you'll work within a project team to identify market opportunities and transform our clients' businesses across people, processes and technology. These roles focus on specific industries: Financial Services, Products, Communications, Media and Technology, Health & Public Services and Resources. Not only will this enable you to pursue your passion, but you'll develop an understanding of the business issues and technologies applicable to each industry, enabling you to grow and play your part in delivering innovative solutions tailored to each client. Successful applicants will need to have obtained/predicted 2.1 Bachelor's Degree.
Analytics - as an Analyst, you'll gain an understanding of how data and statistical and quantitative analysis, combined with exploratory and predictive models and fact-based management, delivers data-driven business insights. You'll also gain insight into how the implementation of cloud-based technology can transform businesses and processes. You'll have the opportunity to gain experience across several areas including but not limited to Data Science, Data Architecture, Data Visualisation, Data Engineering, Machine Learning Engineering and Data & Artificial Intelligence Strategy. Each involves working as part of a team to produce and deliver complex analytic solutions for our clients and their customers. You'll need a quantitative degree, such as maths, statistics, data science, computer science or engineering - a minimum 2:1 (achieved or predicted), experience with a coding language and an ability to understand, analyse and transform data.
Software Engineering - as an Associate, you'll be designing, building and supporting the innovative technical solutions we're renowned for. As well as understanding what our clients want to achieve, you'll discover what's possible within their existing framework and explore the best technologies to achieve the most effective results. Working with onshore and offshore teams, you'll work on a variety of challenging projects for a range of clients, across a range of industries. IT skills are essential. So, you'll need a bachelor's degree in IT, computer science or a technology-related subject. However, if you have a real passion and flair for technology, as well as an understanding of how it can be used, we'll also consider a maths, science or engineering bachelor's degree.
Cyber Security - as an Analyst, you'll develop your expertise in information security, and use your business consulting acumen to work collaboratively with our clients to design, build and implement pragmatic security solutions. You will be helping our clients analyse the problem, working with technical partners such as Symantec, Oracle and HP, understanding the security architecture, and assist to implement and manage new security systems. We look for a relevant degree in cyber systems, software or information security, engineering or computer science. You'll need to have or be expecting a minimum 2:1 bachelor's degree (achieved or predicted).

What we're looking for
A number of our programmes are open to those with a minimum 2:1 (achieved or predicted). Some programmes may require a degree in a relevant discipline.

Where you'll work
You could be placed at any one of our offices in Edinburgh, London, Manchester or Newcastle and may be delivering projects on client sites anywhere in the UK (and sometimes abroad), so you'll need to be flexible.
