The Company

I am currently recruiting for a 2nd Line support engineer for a well-known MSP based in Swansea. This role is paying around £25,000. The company is offering a strong benefits package as well as on-site parking. You will work with a friendly, lively team and will have a keen interest in IT. Please note, for this role you will need to drive as attending clients sites will be part of this role.

The Role

You will provide 1st and 2nd Line Support to a range of different UK wide clients. You will have strong experience providing support around Office 365, Networking and Cabling, Hardware and Software Issues, and undertaking planned system upgrades. For this role it will be useful to have experience working with an MSP, but it is not essential.

Essential Skills

You will have previous experience using a ticketing system and working within a 2nd line support role. You will provide excellent customer service to clients. You will have an outgoing personality and feel comfortable “bantering” with other team members. You will good customer service skills and a really keen interest in working within IT. You will be capable with working under pressure and have a logical mind when fixing faults. Please note, for this role you will have at least 2 years’ experience working within a 2nd Line Support Role.
