I am currently recruiting for a 1st line support engineer for a well-known MSP based in Swansea. This role is paying around £18,000. The company is offering a strong benefits package as well as on-site parking. You will work with a friendly, lively team and will have a keen interest in IT.
You will provide 1st Line Support / Helpdesk Support on a permanent basis. This role may involve some travel to client’s sites. You will provide excellent customer service to a range of different clients and be proud to work for a Managed Service Provider.
You will have previous experience using a ticketing system and providing excellent customer service to clients. You will have an outgoing personality and feel comfortable “bantering” with other team members. You will good customer service skills and a really keen interest in working within IT. You will be capable with working under pressure and have a logical mind when fixing faults.
