1st Line IT Support Analyst, £21,000, Greater Manchester

Are you looking for a new and exciting role? I am currently recruiting for an IT Service Desk Analyst for a leading and forward thinking company based in Greater Manchester. My client is looking for someone to provide operational support both over the phone and face to face on a very busy IT Service Desk.

You need to have at least 1 year experience of working on an IT Service Desk providing 1st line Support. It is important that you have Active Directory knowledge and can create user accounts, reset passwords and create groups. It Is also important that you have excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suites.

On a daily basis you will be providing 1st line support to a number of sites in the North West and troubleshooting any IT related problems. You will also be taking ownership of the user problem and following the status of problems on behalf of the user and then communicate progress in line with defined SLAs. Other duties will include producing supporting documentation to assist staff with requests for information and support and configure mobile devices through centralised software.
