Passion HR Ltd was founded in 2016 and has flourished delivering more services than ever, Passion 4 Training being one of these services focuses on delivering person-centred training and consultancy services to the Health & Social Care Sector delivered by Experienced Healthcare Trainers & Care Consultants from a care related background so they can share their knowledge and expertise with others and support health care services to improve their outcomes for both staff and service users. We are passionate about the learning experience of others and strive to inspire healthcare workers to develop themselves into autonomous individual practitioners and achieve their aspirations. Our Care Consultants strive to support healthcare services to improve their outcomes by looking at their internal quality assurance systems and processes to meet regulatory requirements.

Description
An introduction to a career in healthcare, and how the learners role fits within their organisation, whilst building their professional relationships, and understanding different ways of working.
This content aims to encourage learners, particularly those who are new to healthcare, to reflect on their role and various aspects of their role, including codes of conduct, working with colleagues, developing their skills through shadowing and mentoring, and the importance of raising concerns within their organisations or with relevant supervisory bodies.
This session makes use of reflective learning techniques and encourages learners to use the reflective note-making facility to consider the different aspects of their careers.

- Describe what is expected of your professional relationship with your colleagues
