Overview

An introduction to “Attachment Theory” with practical strategies we can use in school carried out by a 'Team Teach' trained Senior Leader with over 20 years experience of working in Schools and is currently working as an interim Head of a Primary School.

Description

This three hour training session has the following objectives:

  • To gain an overview of attachment principles and the effects of early adversity, trauma and abuse
  • To gain insight into how attachment difficulties play out in day to day functioning
  • To begin to think about helpful approaches which we can all use in school
