Description

The course is made up of four units which cover an introduction to training and the design, management and evaluation of a training programme. By watching industry specific training videos, reading case studies, completing reflective exercises and reading extracts from texts and journals you will build your theoretical knowledge and practical skills that you can then customise to meet your organisation's needs.

You will explore the significance of establishing constructive and positive working relationships with new employees while introducing you to training and development needs for building and retaining an effective team.

After successfully completing all four units you will be awarded an E-certificate of Completion from the University of Derby and for each unit you complete you will also receive a digital badge, recognising your efforts for each stage of the course.

Study method describes the format in which the course will be delivered.
