This course, delivered by experienced lecturer Steph Barber, will provide an overview of the changes brought about by the outcomes based regulation and will consider the impact which this had on law firm management.

Aimed at managers, partners and those who would like to improve their knowledge of law firm management in general, this course will discuss how to remain SRA compliant and will serve as a useful introduction to the roles and responsibilities of the COLP and COFA or a refresher for those currently occupy these positions.
