Whether your experience of being a trainee solicitor was a positive one left or whether it left a lot to be desired, this course will ensure that you are equipped with the knowledge and skills to ensure that your trainee’s achieve their full potential.

Delivered by experienced lecturer Mac Mackay, this course will encourage viewers to assess their own management style and look for ways in which this can be tailored to assist trainees make an effectivecontribution to your firm so that their performance reflects positively on you.

Study method describes the format in which the course will be delivered.
