Your course instructor Elanna Edwards is an AADP Certified Health Coach and the founder and coach of online website 'That Lush Life'. She studied at the Institute for Integrative Nutrition where she was trained in more than one hundred dietary theories and studied a variety of practical lifestyle coaching methods.
