Anyone aged from 16 years of age. Basic understanding of written and spoken English and simple maths.
Career path
Full-time employment via sub-contracting, direct employment or apprenticeship. Starting rate up to £10 to £15 per hour depending on experience or the statutory apprentice rate. Further training can lead to increased hourly rates of pay and career advancement with easily achievable salary of £45,000 to £50,000 per year with the potential to earn much more.
