Overview

This one day workshop, for level 3 and above therapists, will aid you in your ability to advise correct stretching advice to clients. When to stretch dynamically, statically and developmentally will be covered, alongside a plethora of ideas for stretching clients with various levels of flexibility and mobility.

Description

By the end of the workshop you will be able to:

  • Understand when to advise dynamic, static and developmental stretches.
  • Advise correct timings and repetitions for stretching.
  • Apply assisted, passive and active stretching techniques.
  • Broaden your knowledge of applicable stretches.
  • Adapt advice based on individual’s mobility.

There will be ongoing assessment and encouragement throughout the 1 day workshop before receiving your certificate of attendance.
