Overview

Learn the skill of Speed Writing, which increases the amount of information captured in your notes and minutes. It is a great asset to any Administrator, PA, Secretary, Legal Secretary and many other job where you have to record a lot of information quickly.

Unlike Shorthand where it would take time to learn and to adopt, this course can be learnt within a very short period of time.

Most importantly, the course teaches you how to train your brain to absorb a lot of information, and to record it quickly and accurately.

Course Delivery

This Virtual course is delivered over one day only by an experienced and qualified tutor from 10:30 until 16:30.

Course Format

The course is delivered in an interactive and practical one day workshop. It is delivered by an experienced tutor. Speed writing is an excellent way to quickly learn how to record information without having to learn Shorthand.

You will be given instructions on how to apply the Speed Writing methodology. There are then exercises to test your abilities and see how best to record information quickly.

This is complimented by numerous forms of practical exercises to ensure that the learning and practical abilities are solidified.

This course is ideal for anyone working in admin functions who need to record information quickly.

Legal Secretaries, Secretaries, PAs, Minute Takers, Legal Administrators, Medical Administrators, Office Admin staff and many other related roles will gain from this course.

The course you have queried is a Speed Writing course which provides methods for fast recording of verbal processes. Tables can be created and modified in MS Office programmes; you should consider MS Office training to learn about tables.

Study method describes the format in which the course will be delivered.
