What will I learn?

The PRINCE2 Foundation course will teach students a basic understanding of the world-renowned PRINCE2 methodology. This includes the common terminology, the 7 Themes, Processes and Principles of PRINCE2 and how to manage a project in stages. Upon completion of this course, you will qualify to undertake the PRINCE2 Practitioner certification.

The Lean Six Sigma Green Belt course aims to give students a firm understanding of project definition, project measuring, analysis, improvements and controlling a project. This will ensure that you have a firm grasp on how projects are to be run in a Six Sigma environment.

Description

Lean Six Sigma Green Belt

Studying the materials in the Lean Six Sigma Green Belt training course will take about 35 hours. You will need about 15 hours in order to complete the exercises and completing the project will take around 30 hours. You will be taught to reduce costs, enhance quality, improve efficiency, improve delivery times and how to effectively manage time.

PRINCE2 Foundation

The PRINCE2 Foundation course will take about 35 hours to study and will include extensive case studies for you to confidently prepare for your official exam. The PRINCE2 Foundation certification exam will be presented in multiple choice format and will consist of 75 questions. You will need to achieve a pass mark of 50% in order to gain your certification.
