These are spiritually based practices or initiations initially from the shamans of the Andes and the Amazon, they came to the West via Alberto Villoldo – he himself undertook a 25 year apprenticeship and was charged by the Elders to transmit them to the world in a way that people everywhere could understand back in 2008.
