To provide an understanding of the basics of selling and sales and boost the confidence and competence of participants.

Course Content

  • To gain an understanding of the basics of Sales and Selling
  • To look at the Cold Calling element with a view to improving confidence and competence
  • To gain an understanding of the identification of potential customer needs
  • To gain an understanding of how to adapt behaviours to customers that have different personalities
  • To develop an understanding of the interpersonal and technical skills of sales; this will include building rapport, communication and presentation skills
  • To use negotiation and deal with objections that come from customers leading to the ultimate goal of closing the deal

Study method describes the format in which the course will be delivered.
