Do you want to develop your understanding of customer needs and behaviour alongside the importance of customer service? Combining both Level 4 and 5, the Sales and Marketing course provides you with both sales and marketing and business management skills needed to succeed in your career.

The Undergraduate Level 4 (Sales and Marketing) and Level 5 (Extended Diploma in Management) are a 240 credit course designed to fast track students to the final year of an associated Undergraduate degree in Sales and Marketing, which can either be completed at a UK university on campus or via distance learning.

This course is fully online and provides access to 20 modules, 10 for each level which consist of up to 40 hours of guided learning along with additional optional learning materials such as; recommended exercises, recommended readings and internet resources as well as self-testing exercises.
