Thank you for your query. As the course is accredited by an English awarding organisation, the syllabus and assessments are constructed around English law and custom & practice. Consequently, I regret that variations which apply in Scotland are not covered.

The course is taught through written notes, distance learning style and with a nominated tutor for queries, questions and support. Students choose between printed study notes sent by courier, or access to the course notes through an online portal. Thank you for your question. The course deals in details with budgeting and monitoring costs but does not provide specific spreadsheet applications as these are relatively easy to set up and do differ significantly from one project to another.;

Thank you for your question. The course is provided with an initial 12 month study period and you can schedule your studies at any time within that period. Should you require further time then a second 12 month period would be available at an additional cost of £60.

The course relates to the UK property market in relation to regulations, funding and the market structure etc. Ours courses are reviewed each year to ensure that they remain current in content. Business mentorship is not covered in this course.

The course can be studied either online or through paper based materials. Online you can acess PDF files which provide the course information in a series of study units whilst in paper format course notes are presented printed in an A4 ring binder. There are no presentations or audio requirements.

Study method describes the format in which the course will be delivered.
