Skills Converged is a specialist provider of training materials and have been serving the international training community for more than a decade.

We are specialists in understanding how training works and are constantly in search of better methods to improve training. The feedback we receive from the training community allows us to improve our courses and training design methodology rapidly and it has helped us become a leader in this field.

Our mission is to help you deliver high impact courses with long lasting results, that takes the least amount of time to deliver.

We are passionate about training methodologies and design. We have numerous products on train the trainer such as classroom-based courses, popular books, self-study courses and in-depth articles on the art of teaching.

• First and foremost, we are passionate about training methodologies. We think about training all the time and as such, love to share our findings with the training community.
• We keep the number of delegates low in our courses (max 6), to make sure learning is maximised.
• Courses are practical, interactive and fun, designed to make you learn skills during the course.
• Since we are specialist designers of training materials, we know what content design methodologies work and which ones do not. You can learn about these from our experienced trainers when attending our train the trainer courses.
