Overview

This PRINCE2® Foundation Course is fully Accredited PRINCE2 Project Management Training and will prepare the delegates for the PRINCE2 Foundation Exam, included on this course. Our current pass rate for the Foundation exam is 99.5%.

The PRINCE2® Certification is widely regarded as essential for managing projects using PRINCE2.

The training is designed to give you a thorough understanding of PRINCE2; you will learn about the PRINCE2 approach to projects – its principles, themes, processes, and techniques. Furthermore, the training builds on your knowledge of PRINCE2, by showing you how to apply the method to the various styles of exam questions. You will be well prepared to pass the Foundation exam during the course.

PRINCE2 is a method for managing projects, there is no hardware or software (apart from supporting tools), just a best practice approach to running projects in a consistent and referenceable framework. PRINCE2 is flexible, adaptable and as much as a Project method can be, friendly. It may be similar to what you currently use, but what it does best is pull together common names and descriptions into a structure that anyone familiar with PRINCE2 can understand, regardless of background and Industry.

PRINCE2 can be applied to all sorts of projects, from the very small to the very large. Even projects lasting only a few days will benefit from selective application of PRINCE2 guidelines. The key to success with PRINCE2® is to remember it is highly configurable, and so can be adapted for all project types regardless of industry and marketplace.

Testimonials from Google Reviews

Absolutely brilliant. My company asked me to find PRINCE2 training for us in Nottingham. I called several providers but Infero was by far the cheapest. This made me a little skeptical initially around quality but the guy who took the booking was great and was very patient with my questions! I'd done PRINCE2 10 years ago so a lot has changed. Sue who took the course was incredible. Clearly a very experienced trainer and I can see why her pass rate is so high! If you're thinking of doing PRINCE2 in the east midlands area you'd be crazy to go anywhere else.

Highly Recommended!

I completed the Prince2 Foundation and Practitioner Course and found Infero Training to be thoroughly professional from the initial booking through to the course completion and exam.

Infero runs these courses in a small and friendly environment that is perfect for anyone wishing to be successful in the final exams.
On my course, Suada took us through the whole syllabus in a clear and concise way that gave me the right platform to succeed in the exams.
Not only did I pass both exams, it gave me the exact qualification needed to secure a new job.

If you are wanting a great learning environment with supportive staff, look no further than Infero. I can't thank Suada enough for her support through the Course and assisting me with my career change.

I attended the Prince 2 Foundation Course for two and a half days where Su was the instructor. She made the course easy to digest and made it very interactive. It wasn't a course where the information is just given to you and you are expected to remember it all. You undertake practice questions throughout the course so that you are familiar with the exam style questions by the time you undertake the exam on the third day. Su was very good at explaining things and was very patient and enthusiastic. I would definitely recommend booking a course through Infero again in the future :)

FAQs

Study method describes the format in which the course will be delivered. At Reed Courses, courses are delivered in a number of ways, including online courses, where the course content can be accessed online remotely, and classroom courses, where courses are delivered in person at a classroom venue.

CPD stands for Continuing Professional Development. If you work in certain professions or for certain companies, your employer may require you to complete a number of CPD hours or points, per year. You can find a range of CPD courses on Reed Courses, many of which can be completed online.

A regulated qualification is delivered by a learning institution which is regulated by a government body. In England, the government body which regulates courses is Ofqual. Ofqual regulated qualifications sit on the Regulated Qualifications Framework (RQF), which can help students understand how different qualifications in different fields compare to each other. The framework also helps students to understand what qualifications they need to progress towards a higher learning goal, such as a university degree or equivalent higher education award.

An endorsed course is a skills based course which has been checked over and approved by an independent awarding body. Endorsed courses are not regulated so do not result in a qualification - however, the student can usually purchase a certificate showing the awarding body's logo if they wish. Certain awarding bodies - such as Quality Licence Scheme and TQUK - have developed endorsement schemes as a way to help students select the best skills based courses for them.
