PRINCE2 (PRojects IN Controlled Environments) is a processed-based approach for project management. This methodology provides an easily tailored and scalable method for management of all types of projects. The method is the de-facto standard for project management in the UK and is practiced worldwide.

PRINCE2 Agile combines the rigid framework of PRINCE2 with Agile techniques which can then be applied efficiently to a variety of Project Management environments.

The certification tailors PRINCE2 into contexts other than project management, such as businesses who want to be more agile. Moreover, it provides a framework for concepts such as Kanban, SCRUM and Lean Startup.

PRINCE2 Agile Practitioner Training:

The purpose of the PRINCE2 Agile Practitioner course is to provide delegates with an extension module tailored to provide a combined the PRINCE2 best practice methods with Agile project delivery methods, and apply this at the Practitioner level. When PRINCE2 and agile are combined, project direction, project management and project delivery are optimized to create a complete project management solution.

Exam Format

• Objective testing
• 50 questions per paper
• 30 marks or more required to pass (out of 50 available) - 60% pass mark
• Two-and-a-half hours (150 minutes) duration, no additional reading time
• Open book exam (official PRINCE2 Agile guide only).

PRINCE2 Agile is suitable for an individual who wants to extend their PRINCE2 qualification with an agile framework without taking a full AgilePM course, or an organisation who wants to better incorporate PRINCE2 disciplines within their business with an agile approach.

In order to complete the PRINCE2 Agile course, the candidate must have a valid & current PRINCE2 Foundation certificate
